The self storing Hide-a-Hose System is another option offered by our dealers for your Beam Central Vacuum System. It removes the problem of having to find a place to store the Systems Hose. Not all houses will have the suitable spaces for this installation, ask your Dealer about it, if you are interested.

If the cleaner is hidden, why can't the hose be hidden too? The Hide-A-Hose™ retractable hose system solves the problem of carrying and storing a central vacuum Hose. Simply pull out the amount of hose you need and begin vacuuming. When finished, the suction retracts the hose back into the wall for you
When finished, detach the cleaning wand from the hose and the suction from the central vacuum power unit retracts the hose into the wall.
Simply pull out the amount of hose you need from the Hide-A-Hose™ inlet valve, connect your cleaning wand or attachment and begin vacuuming. Hose lengths are available in 9, 12, 15, and 18 metre lengths. Each inlet can cover up to 213m².
Installation for newer and existing homes is simplified with the need for fewer inlet valves on each floor. Fewer inlets will save time and makes vacuuming more convenient.
Note: Because of the complex nature of some building projects, our dealers will have to separately assess each home, to see whether installing the Hide-A-Hose%E2%84%A2 System is practical. The ducting which stores the retractable hose needs to be on 'one plane' within the building. Some properties will not have the required spaces, to enable the installation of this System.
